Psychologist
I have spent more than two decades working in clinical and forensic psychology, an experience that I put at the service of FHORT. My specialization in human behavior and emotional well-being allows me to delve deeper into the interpretation of talent data. At FHORT, I use this experience to understand the psychological factors that impact work performance, bringing a human dimension to our Business Intelligence projects, both innovative and people-centered.
